Information required for creating your account on Algeria Telecom's Customer Space :
- Your Customer Number: You can find your Customer Number on your Subscription Agreement, on your invoice as you can request it at your nearest Algeria Telecom's store.
- Your MSISDN (For Idoom 4G subscribers): If you are an Idoom 4G subscriber, your MSISDN is required to create your account on the Customer Space .You can find your MSISDN number on your Idoom 4G subscription contract or request it at your nearest Algeria Telecom's store.
Log in to your Customer Space :
After creating your account, you can access your Customer Space by entering your credentials on the authentication page, as follows :
- For IDOOM FIXE, ADSL OR FIBER subscribers :
Enter your Landline Number and the password you chose when creating your account.
- For IDOOM 4G subscribers :
Enter your MSISDN Number and the password you chose when creating your account.
