For now, the ADSL network cannot support a connection more than 20 Mbps, for technical reasons.

First, thank you for your choice. However, for a higher speed quality, eligibility is required. The conditions are as follows:

  • Proximity to access facilities within 500 meters
  • Be eligible for the 50 Mbps or 100 Mbps offer;
  • A connection device (Laptop, smartphone, etc.) supporting high speeds;
  • The right router (VDSL or optical modem);
  • A landline standards installation.

Customers with specific contracts will keep the same pricing. An amendment shall be signed before the offer enters into force.

The offers are exclusive to personal customers. Business customers have a range of different offers adapted to their needs.

For a new subscription, the customer has a 12-month commitment. During this period, the costumer cannot subscribe to a lower offer.

Algeria Telecom offers you a bunch of possibilities to recharge your internet subscription and pay your bimonthly landline bills via different ways, namely:

  1. Algeria Telecom store all over 58 Wilayas.
  2. Indirect sales points agreed by Algeria Telecom (Kiosks, Cybercafe, tobacco shop...etc.)
  3. Internal: Website of Algeria Telecom, the official mobile application using a scratch card voucher or credit card (EDAHABIA or CIB) or via BaridiMob;
  4. Via the application "WIMPAY-BNA";
  5. Calling 1500 from a national landline or cell phone;
 

Algeria Telecom makes it easy for you, you can purchase scratch cards from our stores or contracted resellers. The vouchers are available only at our points of sale.

 

First of all, you can pay your bills at our stores, post offices or via the customer space with your Edahabia or CIB card, if you’re unable to pay your due Algeria Telecom proposes you a payment schedule, nevertheless you can recharge your internet offers if your landline bill is less than 3000 DZD, otherwise you cannot use our internet offers.

When subscribing to one of our Idoom ADSL offers, you can purchase an ADSL modem at our store, the modem is not  included in the offer.

To find your offer, set up three parameters :

  • The number of people connecting simultaneously
  • Main uses (downloads frequencies, streaming, data transfer, etc.)
  • The internet speed that your ADSL line can receive.

Once the application is processed, you will be asked to provide the following documents:

  1. Copy of your ID;
  2. Proof of address;
