Idoomly Backup recharge is a service for the ADSL and Fibre personal customers to reactivate the Internet connection for 96 hours if the subscription expires at a late hour, on weekends or during public holidays.
To activate this service, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Dial 1500
Step 2: Choose the language
Step 3: Choose the ADSL/FIBRE service
Step 4: Enter the landline number (twice for confirmation)
Step 5: Press (2) to choose the backup recharge service (Idoomly)
- To benefit from the service, the Internet connection must have expired for less than 24 hours.
- The Backup Recharging is safe and available at any time.
