Idoomly Backup recharge is a service for the ADSL and Fibre personal customers to reactivate the Internet connection for 96 hours if the subscription expires at a late hour, on weekends or during public holidays.

To activate this service, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Dial 1500

Step 2: Choose the language

Step 3: Choose the ADSL/FIBRE service

Step 4: Enter the landline number (twice for confirmation)

Step 5: Press (2) to choose the backup recharge service (Idoomly)

  • To benefit from the service, the Internet connection must have expired for less than 24 hours.
  • The Backup Recharging is safe and available at any time.

The "Idoomly" service allows Idoom ADSL and Fibre customers to reactivate their internet connection for 96 hours, in case of internet volume expiry late hours or during weekends and public holidays, by dialing 1500. Please note that these 96 hours will be deducted on your next recharge.

It's very simple, fast and efficient!

Just dial the 1500 from a landline or cell phone, follow the steps of the voice server, and your Internet connection is restored for 96 hours.

As a backup recharge, “Idoomly” Service can only be used and/or activated within 24 hours after your Internet expiry.

However, these 96 hours, will be deducted from your next payment or recharge (Algeria Telecom’s stores, scratch cards or vouchers, e-payment).

This service is for all customers with an Idoom ADSL or Idoom Fibre package, personal including customers with a specific contract.
