Landline services

This service allows an automatic dialing to a pre-programmed number, once you dial a number (e.g. 9).

For another number, dial before the 5 seconds are up.

  1. To call subscriber B, dial the number.
  2. To add subscriber C and keep the subscriber B, Dial “R” Wait for the tone and dial subscriber C.
  3. To set up the conference call: dial “R” or “FLASH”, wait for the tone and dial “3”, A signal beep informs the three subscribers that the conference call has begun.
  4. To end up the call with one of the subscribers: dial “R” or “FLASH”
  5. wait for the tone and dial “5”.
  • Dial “2” for subscriber C.
  • Dial “1” for subscriber B.

Call waiting signal, notifies you about another correspondence by a signal beep. Then you could put the first correspondent on hold, and answer the second. Thus, this service allows an alternative communication with two correspondents.  

This service is activated automatically for free.

A beep signal announces a new call

To ignore a new call dial “R” tone “0”

To take the new call Dial “R” tone “1”

To switch between two correspondents dial “R “tone “2”

The Alarm clock service offers you two functions: the RDV reminder and the alarm clock.

This service allows you to schedule a specific time on your landline phone, where the telephone switch will remind you.

The alarm clock service allows you to manage your appointments within the next 24h.

No need to subscribe for this service, only usage charges.

The alarm clock service is not available via the IMS platform.

This service allows you to have a detailed invoice about all your phone calls, listing as followed:

  • A list of the called numbers
  • The starting time of each call (national and international)
  • The duration of each call
  • The cost of the call
  • Distribution of the calls by category

The subscription to the service is 100 DZD excl. taxes per two months.

This service allows you to call your correspondent (businessman/ companies managers/ companies…) without dialing the entire phone or fax number every time you call.

This service is activated automatically with your subscription; you have the ability to program your chosen numbers (national/ international), and dial easily using only one or two digits.
