"My Idoom" Algeria Telecom's new mobile application
To cope up with the development and digitalization strategy, Algeria Telecom releases its new mobile application "MY IDOOM", starting from this Sunday January 22nd 2023.
This new service "MY IDOOM" is available online, for free, to all Algeria Telecom's customers via Google Play, APP Store and Huawei AppGallery.
Therefore, Algeria Telecom's customers can now access different online services such as the customer space and the electronic payment, on top of having the possibility to locate all Algeria Telecom’s stores.
There are also several additional services available on the application, namely:
- Visiting the Algeria Telecom virtual store.
- Internet speed increase.
- The backup recharge “IDOOMLY”.
- Telephone consumption consultation and control.
- Viewing the unpaid bills
- Viewing the payment history (Internet recharges and CIB and Dahabia card payments)
This new service was designed to help the access to Algeria Telecom’s services along, to satisfy our demanding customers in the most accurate and efficient way.
